Spouse of Deceased Requesting Name Change on Account
When the primary customer listed on the SDG&E bill account is deceased, the spouse or domestic partner may request the name changed on the account to their name by completing the fields below.
When the name change is made, the credit history of the primary account holder is assumed by the spouse or domestic partner and the spouse or domestic partner will assume the current account number, credit history, account open date and account balance.
