SDG&E is committed to supplier diversity as a core business value that reflects the customers and communities we serve and enhances our ability to remain competitive while contributing to a healthier and more vibrant local economy.
SDG&E is proud of its robust and comprehensive supplier diversity program that advocates for procurement opportunities for woman; minority; service-disabled veteran; lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender-owned business enterprises (WMDVLGBTBE). Our term for WMDVLGBTBE is “diverse business” or “diverse business enterprise” (DBE). In accordance with General Order 156, we submit an Annual Report and Plan to the California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) on March 1st of each year. The most recent report is available below and provides in-depth information on our supplier diversity programs, goals, results and success stories.
